Spawn bug after disabling/uninstalling,
Fog is gone, zombies are gone, but now other npc's such as Stormcloaks, Bandits, Thalmor, and Treasure Hunters are spawning all over and attacking. It's gone from a zombie outbreak to a loonatic outbreak!

Is there any way to fix this issue without reinstalling Skyrim? And can I at least save my save or is that broken now?

I have no idea what would be causing this issue (I'm not a dev) but I can assume that your game has replaced the zombie files with files of stormcloaks, bandits, ect.
Can you clarify how you uninstalled? Did you just unsubscribe? Or did you delete some files? If so, which files?

At first I disabled it through Skyrim's launcher. After I noticed that bug I unsubscribed.

Sounds like another mod may be conflicting with the game, do you have any all out war mods?

I think you'll need to physically find and delete the mod files

I didn't think I did, but I do have "More NPCs" mod.

wen i first started the game with the mod for the first time i got the bug and i had disabled all the other mods that i have before starting the game

i have a bug that i unsubscribed and the zombies didnt go away they are still there

I deleted the mod but the zombies are still here. It's like the mod never went.
