Mod doesn't work

I have loaded the mod, but everytime I try to enter or exit a location the game crashes. If you have a solution I would be grateful.

Might be a conflicting mod. I would suggest unchecking mods one at a time via the skyrim launcher, untill the problem stops.

hey when i press E on the upgrade book it just makes a sound and does NOTHING
