Bug: respec grant 7 skills points instead of 4
Just started with Synergies and bam.. see image https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1555827097
This time it's +3 skill points, but some other it might be negative, right?

I have 2 mods in total, this and Synergy high loot (which is above, means it's loaded first, means it's how it should be, right?)

Not sure how many out of 1500 Torchlight II players are using this mod, but maybe its worth to roll another update or two? No updates for a year while some character descriptions mentioned you are working on them.. just saying..

And few seconds later I have 8 points.. without getting a single level of course:

I was testing how focus increases skill and bought some dummy scrolls from that new city (Solstite?), then I went into that new place (with Discord dungeon or how is it called) and summon there dummies, then back to skill reset NPC...

.. shall I make more skill points?

One more issue: walking city guardians start smashing target dummy in the first city.. that was the reason why I bought them in new city, because they make it hard to test damage..

I don't like the whole idea with target dummies scrolls, maybe remove them from the game?

Btw, I totally forgot about fame, but it can't be 4 levels of fame at that moment for sure. I've started a new Warlock (this time I didn't touch dummies), I am currently 13 level with just +5 skill points from Fame and I did so much more compared to that bugged first Warlock.

It might have been maximum a single level from Fame when I noticed the issue, but not more.
