Darkness Falls raid Gone?

I noticed that in the synergies town where you normally can take the portal to the Darkness Falls raid is gone and instead replaced with a portal leading to a development area. I looked everywhere for the Darkness Falls portal but to no avail. Can someone please explain this? Thanks

You should go "by norml way" - That is throught Or´ak pass then Or ´ak basin
