Is this normal? (Korvax & Killion)

Do Khorvax and Killion randomly spawn in this mod?

I was playing through the story, and when it came time to take the north passage from the enclave (Frosted Hills, I think) as soon as I stepped through the gate Khorvax and Killion were both standing RIGHT THERE, blocking the way, along with a half dozen pairs of spectral swords. It was impossible to run past them so I had to fight them--repeatedly. I probably died 20 times just trying to clear them from the path so I could progress the story.

Thought I should bring this to your attention. I don't mind the random spawn, but spawning at the entrance to the lvl 12-13 areas is nucking futs!

there are about 12 random spawning bosses. They generally don't spawn in the entrance to low level areas, but they are tied to MAPs thou and have a random and rare rate to spawn. You can run through a whole play through and never run into one, let alone the one double group.

odd they had swords, that version of them never should have been summoning pets, that might be a bug or miss intended circumstance that I will look into.

Any random spawning world boss should never be summoning their army.
