Backup Instruction
----------------------------------
Although I haven't encountered any problems with this mod yet, there is always a chance of something going wrong and it's a good habit to backup before trying any mods. So for those who don't know here is how to backup your saves/shared stash.

Since i'm assuming all of you are using steam, your save location should be at
My Documents/My Games/Runic Games/Torchlight 2

In this folder there should be a save folder and a modsave folder. which stores your normal save and mod mode save respectively.

Inside will be a folder with numbers which is tied to your steam acct I believe. So if you have multiple steam accts playing torchlight 2 on your computer you will see multiple folders, open them and see if you recognize any of the file names inside matching your character name to find the correct folder.

Once inside the correct folder, you will see .svb files with your character names on them. Back them up by copying them to a safe location.
Runic has also been smart enough to have a system backup system in place, As you can see along with your .svb there is a .restore file of the same name. If something goes wrong and you haven't backed up your save file, you can always try to change the .restore into .svb to try to undo the damage.

As for your sharedstash, the file you want is sharedstash_v2.bin. I would highly recommend you to at least back this up when installing this mod as I've just heard from someone in the comments that they might have lost their shared stash.
And again just like the save file Runic has always created a .restore file for your shared stash and works the same way as above. Except you would change it to .bin instead of .svb.

Hope this helps prevent data and item lost from hours of playtime. The whole reason I did this was because I almost lost all my shared stash items myself too. I had 26 pages of them O_O

And remember. backing up is always a good habit!
