Unfortunately with both this mod and the Codex Begone mod, all options still show up. I'm also running the Augments: Cross-Faction mod and the Mark Zero Augments mod; could one of these be causing a conflict?

I have a similar problem as R97R, but not the exact same prblem. With Holo and Codex begone, the arms are correct, but under legs there's lots of codex and holo options. However the codex and holo legs appear to be conventional augment legs.
