This is a great mod, but i have a problem with it;

When you mark a bunch of states and core/transfer them, they get automatically unmarked. So, say you transfer all of China to Japan. After, if you want to core China, you need to mark all the states again and only then can you core them. Maybe make it so once you've taken an action, all states stay marked?
