Buuuut I have a question about puppets, how do I keep my reichkomisariats, when I creat them as Germany they switch name and flag in game week later, how can I stop this? I want those territories to be an occupation administration like General gubernia of Poland during German occupation not a subordinate country.... sooooooooo... how can i keep my Reichkomisariats?
