After India has been reconquered and the Raj re-established, the Raj is unaffected by any focus and consequently any events regarding the Imperial Federation. It is effectively excluded from the game, as it doesn't matter on its own. The focus tree itself considers it a, if not the, 'crown jewel', but what is a crown jewel without a crown if not a worthless pebble on the side of the path to world domination?

I'd welcome feedback and perhaps workarounds, which I haven't fount yet.
