Report a translation problem
I have other mods working.
So maybe there is a conflict? or a bug?
Please help.
That's odd, after some checking the mod seems to work fine for me. Can you list the mods you had running? also try running the mod by itself to see if that fixes the problem
All civics in the description are planned features, not currently in the mod as of yet
You asked for mods that are around the game when it happens so here's the list of mods that were online:
Launch with this mod only
- Megastructure can be constructed aroud black hole just fine BUT only when black hole doesn't have any sub entity around it such as research station. Strangely enough outpost doesn't count.
Launch with all mods listed
- When I was writing this report I found out that The Sphere could be built only around black hole that doesn't have any station on it, at least in my case, so I ran Stellaris under my normal gameplay and disbanded research station around it.
- Result is the same as in the first case.
Conclusion: The Penrose Sphere can be constructed around a black hole only when the black hole is alone with no construction except for the outpost around it's orbit.
--------------------------------------------------------------
Most likely there won't be any mod conflicts since this mod revolves around a single megastructure, perks and other small stuff which is a lone code that isn't put into other codes.
I'm just gonna leave this here anyway even that I solved my problem. Others may have this problem too and this may be an answer to them.
Since normal vanilla megastructures can be built around planets/stars with stations around them and this megastructure can't, it should be taken as a bug.
The Penrose Sphere has the same placement rules as the Dyson Sphere, which also cant be build around stars with mining/research stations, so this is not a bug.
a few month after colonizing the first part of the ring i had the rare "stopped terraformation" (or whatever it is in english) event.
First I was amused because the event description was like "who could have build this?" and I was like "?? me ??"
Then, i pursued the terraformation to see whet would happen, and there it is. https://ibb.co/gs9658
I guess It's pretty unlucky i get a toxic world but whatever. I think no matter what world type i had this would happen anyway.
In terms of gameplay I can't tell if this changed anything (I mean if I still could or not build the specific buildings - I was on Ironman so I couldn't test it)
It's not a litteral bug but i guess this sould not happen. I hope you won't struggle too much to fix this
Holy Crusader + Life-Seeded = No Starting Text
(Also, I have done tests and did find out that it is your mod specifically, as I have a mod myself and was worried that it was mine that was doing it)
Yea, I'm getting this as well when using the blood god civic. Seems to start happening around year 20, and also seems to stop whilst you have occupied planets, before the mass migration as refugees begins again (only tested on two saves though, up to 60 years in). It does unfortunately make the mod unusable atm, which is a real shame as the mod is very enjoyable normally.
