Megastructure Beam doesn't work on normal planets, only stars (not neutron) and black holes. Is this intended?

mods not working for me?

I can't find or how to activate your mod...the colossus currently I only have the version of the base game but not the one to be able to terraform. How come? Does it need any mods to work?
