Megastructure Beam doesn't work on normal planets, only stars (not neutron) and black holes. Is this intended?
As the title goes. The Beam said I can use it on a barren planet for example and spawn some new stuff in. Do I need another mod?

fail_text = "requires_no_binary_trinary" and remove AND = {
is_star = yes }

there is already script about planet not astroid or moon,
bu " AND { is star = yes } " make MCV cannot build on planet.
