Primitive settings option?

The server I run is "primitive" and we do not use electricity or fabrication. Is there any configurations we can put in the gameusersettings.ini that will allow us to use the Science Table so we can still craft kibbles at least?

I don't know if there still isn't but the developer responded to a post from last July on the 21st saying there are no gus.ini settings. if you really want the kibble you could always use gfi codes if they have them and then throw out the materials after giving yourself the kibble.
