How do I know which dinos I can take into the boss arena?

Late reply but typically it's based on Drag Weight. I think for most normal bosses the drag weight limit like rex sized creatures so about 550ish drag weight. As for finding out the drag weight mods like Dino Storage v2 show drag weights of podded creatures in the info of the pod.
