Suggestion - Stuck Research

Hi..
A suggestion for the mod those having issues with a random research that you don't meet the requirements for or the already completed ones, how about a button in the mod settings, that allows you to reset the current research project, but only if it is at 0% or 100% completion.

^ Such a case shouldn't happen? If so there is the developer debug mode to switch things around.
