Some corrections and bugfixes
Hi Blackfyre, It occurred to me that occasionally Stellaris devs might tweak their preset empires a bit so I thought I'd do a quick text comparison between your mod's and vanilla's prescripted files and see if everything is in order. I just used this tool (google's first result) https://text-compare.com/

I found some differences and a lingering bug that causes the the disappearing of Humans for some players.

"00_top_countries.txt":

I wondered why the vanilla file gives Humans mammalian buildings and ships and not humanoid stuff like your mod. I did some testing and found out/remembered that the humanoid buildings/ships came with the Humanoids DLC. Without that DLC Humans HAVE to use mammalian stuff. Currently if a player tries to use your mod without Humanoids DLC, Humans won't load at all (I tested). The same goes for the Earth Custodianship in the syndaw-file. When changed to mammalian everything works as should.

So the Humans in the "00_top_countries.txt" and the Earth Custodianship in the "90_syndaw_prescripted_countries.txt" should have:

graphical_culture = "mammalian_01"
city_graphical_culture = "mammalian_01"

Orbis Customer Synergies calls for "xenomorph5_room". AFAIK that room is not included in the Diverse Rooms and so the mod reverts to the default starbase room. Should it be xenomorph1, 2 or 3 instead?

Also, I noticed in your file that Orbis has the correct ship_prefix = "PRESCRIPTED_ship_prefix_orbis" instead of the wrong "PRESCRIPTED_ship_prefix_kilik" that the vanilla file has. Was that your bugfix (nice) or did the devs mess up later?

I'm just repeating here that the Earth Custodianship should use mammalian stuff, not humanoid.

There's also a comment in your file: "# scripted_triggers" that's not in the vanilla file. I don't know what it does if anything. I deleted it.

Patch 3.1 changed "civic_inwards_perfection" to "civic_idyllic_bloom"
Patch 3.2 added a line: "gender = indeterminable"

I made all the fixes already (except the Orbis' xenomorph5_room) so if you want, you can use these files. You'll just have to fix the Orbis' room:

In future patches, I'd check if the modified date changes in the vanilla files, that should be a giveaway that the devs tweaked something.

Thanks for this! I'll be honest and admit I do not constantly check the files to see if anything has changed. I will make sure to use the URL you provided in the future to streamline the process. Again, thanks a lot!

Blackfyre, I checked if patch 3.3 changed anything.

Patch 3.3 changes:
Sathyrelian Bliss (Aquatics): Trait Nonadaptive -> Sedentary
Tebrid homolog (Synth): Added PRESCRIPTED prefix to the planet Tebri to support translations (as explained by the patch notes)

Basically I have all the prescripted countries files up to date. If you want to save time you can use them straight away. They are identical to the latest vanilla files except for the "room" line. They are in the above mentioned Drive folder:

Only the Orbis Customer Synergies still uses the nonexistent "xenomorph5_room" which should be fixed...

Hey Hipsu, thanks again for pointing out these changes! I made sure to change what I could find in the files. If I've missed anything, please don't hesitate to point it out. This thread was very helpful when I was updating everything this morning!
