How do I install Red Star properly?

I've installed the music, but what about the models? Gun's look like normal Hotline Miami guns until I pick them up, it's weird. Help please.

I got this figured out a while ago, but I am going to keep this post up for anyone else who needs it. Thank you for the info tho. It'll be helpful for other people.

When I install the patchwad, where do I put it? I'm still not sure if it goes in a mod folder or replaces the wad as if it's a music mod.
