Also, I highly recommend checking out Vandeason's Apocalypse mod for random bandit camp spawns, etc.
There's the Wasteland Walkers discord with all the guys that work with Ravage and other projects, great group of folks and tons of wicked smarts to learn from.

About the respawn system I just found that it wouldn't be possible in Singleplayer only when set on multiplayer.
About this random spawning events (comparable to those in the Exile mod) I allready thought maybe with extra mods. But I don't know such mods and have trouble finding them. I
feared you need to script that all by yourself and that is what I have absolutly no idea or talents for...
The third point about the changing AI - well I was thinking about adding a bandit faction (hostile), a hostile military (OPFOR) force and a friendly military force (BLUFOR) that should roaming or patrouilling around or occupy camps. But those factions I was not able to change in the Ravage settings, so propably this needs to be changed via script as well.
I fear I just plan to much especially in terms of seting all this ideas up myself because Im just to unknowing and unexperienced in such terms... but on the other hand I often think this ideas sound to great to be left untouched... it's to despair
I had some big plans for a ravage scenario I've been working on and I quickly learned there were a lot of things I wanted to do but did not have the experience or know-how to do most of it.
The good news though! - definitely check out the Wasteland Walkers discord. tons of helpful people and resources for script/editor stuffs.
And I highly recommend looking up some Arma 3 editor youtube videos. Working on my own ravage scenario I've ended up diving into learning a handful of helpful editor and scripting tips.
I know this will all feel like alien language and way over your head at first, but here's some useful stuff I've learned from when getting into Arma's editor.

As for the respawn things - yeah, you will have to set up the scenario and run it as multiplayer.
But that is fairly simple - [place an 'empty' marker on the map, rename it respawn_west (for Blufor) respawn_east (Opfor) or respawn_civilian or respawn_guerrila etc.
