snorkel and damage taken

Maybe a litlle tweak could be done to take damage when the snorkel is under water,right now when half the body submerged, the vehicle start to get damage.

Snorkle coding halfway fixed. The change was to make the snorkle functional, not to convert the truck into a submarine.
