Hello, thanks for using our little mod. From our own tests, removing the mod and launching the game again removes any object left from the mod, as if you never put any objects in the world. For a better understanding of what might have happened, it'd be pretty helpful if you could provide the logs from the game. In your "Starbound folder / storage / starbound.log " . In case you launched Starbound any other time afterwards, it'll be moved into log.1 and so forth. To make sure, passing them all is a good idea.
Alright thanks! Can I PM you since the logs are pretty long? I dunno if it's fine to send them all here.
Hello Buttpierat, Heley's had a really bad time with the Jukebox when programming it, if you leave the area with Jukebox turned on, the music will continue playing and if you turnit back on it will overplay, I think we've had to quit the game entirely to fix it e.e
If I'm wrong, she'll correct me shortly.
It's as Izzy said, for some reason, the moment you leave the map or remove the jukebox while the music is playing generates a bug where the music is no longer connected to the jukebox as it dettaches itself and it'll play on its own.
I tried many times in many ways trying to stop the music before the jukebox was unloaded from the game but it wouldn't do. We're sorry we don't know how to fix that aside closing and reopening the client.
If it's another issue, please give us more details to see what it might be in that case.
I have tried reinstalling the game, uninstalling and reinstalling the mod itself and /reload. is there anything else I can do or is my ship forever bugged now?
Hello, sorry to hear your ship got bugged. I think your best option is to reset your ship:
1. Take your stuff off - anything you want to keep that you can remove by hand. Put it on a planet somewhere then exit starbound. This is so that only the bugged items are erased.
2. Go into \starbound\storage\player\ and delete the most recently saved .shipworld file (should be from your most recent character played).
3. Restart starbound. It will regenerate your ship and instantly apply any upgrades you had to that point. You might also get a different colored pet.
Hopefully this works. Let us know how it went.
Thanks for the quick reply !
We are investigating this, it should not happen.
No problem! We're looking into giving VA-11 a brand new interface, this should help as the VA-11 bar nor WW Furnishing were affected by this FU issue. Ngl, FU should be the one to fix it, but this was due for an update anyway.
It is fixed now with the update, and apparently FU was going to fix that screw up they had done anyway n-n;;
