How do I enter this room?

There is a room that I'm not sure how to get into, but every time I try to fly through the walls/roof/floors, the game teleports me.

Hey man. In case you're still wondering. Type in the console:
sv_cheats 1

Then type this: ent_remove_all trigger_teleport
