Still cant see anything

so i binded it to a key and it works but i cant see anything, i see the color and the dot in the middle but i cant actually see things around me unless i turn on my flashlight, plz help

do nv_menu in console and adjust the dynamic light range, i had a similar problem but after i did that i could see everything.
