I really love this map. I got so frustrated that I couldn't find all of the locations. Then I saw the comment about looking outside of the map!

For those who would rather just find them so that you can pack your weapons, here are, what I believe to be, all of the LEGO Target locations. Enjoy!

SPAWN AREA

1) Inside Police car in left corner. (Always)
2) In the "JAIL" sign. (Always)
3) On top of the brown wall in the distance. (Sometimes)

BUILDING (Inside)
-------------------------
1) Under the bench outside the Vulture room.
2) Next to the figure lying down in the Vulture room.
3) In the corner of the Deadshot room.

BUILDING (Top)

1) In the corner, to the right of the box location.

BATTLEFIELD
-------------------
1) Next to the palm tree to the right of Mule Kick.
2) Behind Mule Kick.
3) Behind the small wooden barrier near the box location.
4) On top of the palm tree near the jump pad.
5) On wooden fence near power.
6) On platform above power.
7) On the top/back of the green tank near Stammin Up.
8) On the top/back of the gray tank near power.
9) On the top/back of the gray tank next to the palm tree and near the exit.
10) Under the truck to the left of the wooden train.*
11) On top of the first gray Nintendo controller picture/stair.*
12) On top of the "O" block near the pack.
