Compatibility with Synergies and HighLoot
Hello everybody

*I'm currently playing with Torchlight essentials, Synergies, Highloot and retex, along with two mods,Unearthed Arcana and adventure pack, pu at the bottom of the mod list. I'm also using Lore loading tips, put at the very top since it seems both synergies and essentials will prevent it from working. I'm assuming putting Loreloading tips at the top of the priority won't prevent Synergies or Essentials from working, but maybe I'm wrong?

So, my current order is this one :
Loreloading tips
Essentials
Synergies Higloot
Synergies
aventure pack II
Unearthed arcana
retex A and B

I'm trying to figure the best order for Synergies, highloot and essentials mods.
I prefer the inventory mod included in Essentials, so I'd rather have it on the highest priority.

However, I'd also rather have the higher difficulty included in Synergies, along with the better loot dropped from monsters from Highloot. Currently, I'm playing with Essentials above Synergies and Highloot in the priority order, and I don't notice anything special with the loot dropped from elite monsters : it seems higloot isn't working.

I also read in the essentials readme that the better inventory sorting mod in essentials conflicts with synergies :

Oprindeligt skrevet af better sorting readme:

"Compatibility Information

This mod edits:
GLOBALS.DAT
UNITS\ITEMS\SOCKETABLES

Mods which also edit GLOBALS.DAT (**Not Comprehensive**)
Synergies
Zoomy / Zoomy Light
Clean Floor
Various drop rate mods

Thus these mods should NOT be used with Better Sorting, as one or the other will break. I will release patches for the first three as requested, or when I get to them, whichever is first.

Is this still the case? Should essentials be used with synergies then? There is a synergies-compatible version of better sorting available, but it isn't included in the essentials pack. Is there a way to use the synergy-compatible version and the essentials pack
(for example, by installing in this order :
synergy-compatible better sorting
essentials
synergy highloot
synergy
)

Can you help me figure the correct order for the mods I should be using, and wether I should use the synergy compatible inventory sorting?
Thanks.
(btw, I'm assuming the mod with top priority is the mod at the top of the list, that is the mod that comes first in the list : is this correct, or does the top priority mod is the last one on the list?)
