This mod but for NPCs
I want NPCs to not have a seizure when they refuse to move over one corpse in a doorway. And I love this mod for the player, but I was wondering if there was an option lik this for NPCs.

There is, it's in the utilities tab of the Q menu. It includes the player and other entities too.
