I noticed on the female models that there's s a small gap inbetween the shoulder armor and the arm itself. Not sure if this is intentional but just wanted to point it out.

If you mean that shoulder parts don't physically connect with certain arms that was intentional. The arm options that are thicker on the upper arm are the ones designed to have shoulder pieces used with them.

Im using Trooper Sleeve G2 (or anything with a padded shoulder) and Space Trooper Armor

The design of the armor might be throwing you off. There is no gap.

ODST decos are not showing up when I'm on the Avenger, but they do show up in the character pool when I'm in the main menu.

They're wearing the Tier 3 Armor right now, if that's what you mean.

The bug was caused by a typo. Will release a patch within the next few minutes.
