laggy af with a 970 and i7 try replacing all textures you dont see with a no draw texture or removing debris fro the roadways to free up space.

Very laggy towards downtown on a 1050ti 4gb, 16gb ram and i5 4460

what has been done to the textures and LOD? :'D
