Why pyro
Why not medic,Why pyro?Pyro has no relation with any music instruments.And medic plays violin with the Amputator/Vita-saw/Bonesaw taunt

It's a reference to the apocryphal story in which Roman Emperor Nero, who is known for being a few sandwiches, a checquered blanket, a bowl of fruit and an entire colony of ants short of a picnic, instead of helping to control the disaster merely sat and played the fiddle while the Great Fire of Rome burned the city to the ground.
