Fog of War Not Uncovering

Is anyone having issues with fog of war not uncovering and if so are there any solutions? I looked across the interwebs but not finding much on this.

We are having this same issue on a privately hosted Nitrado server. We are also running Primal Chaos, if that makes any difference.

Looking forward to any tips on how to fix the Amissa map not uncovering when you explore an area.
