Rending of Realms and Warding Temples?
Can someone please explain how to "ward" provinces once the Rending of Realms begins? I've been going through and repairing temples when I can over the past 100 years, but I still don't know why SOME of the spirits I can contain, but not others. The decision shows a map of different regions, and I can see the province modifiers saying "oh, it's in X's domain", but I still have no idea how you actually ward a province.

Is it just getting all the temples in a certain region repaired? What about the ones that got ruined beyond repair before I showed up? There's a state edict called "spirit hunters" I can put in certain places, but I have no idea what it actually DOES, since there's no description, and I'm already full up on governing capacity as it is.

I like the idea behind this disaster and all, but it feels really opaque and hard to follow for nations that aren't centered entirely around the spirits.
