No decisions

I have no other mods activated but i have no decisions. Why? Is it possible to fix somehow?

Same problem here - haven't found any solutions. I tried to change the resolution and such but no luck.

Found solution on reddit change your GUI scale i changed from 1 to 1.1 and now have decisions.
