So this might just be an isolated incident, but I had my first soldier abducted today, during the blacksite mission. Everything played out as if the soldier was captured, but after evacing, the soldier was back in the skyranger with everyone as if nothing ever happened. He's still sitting in my barracks, healthy as can be.

Thanks for the patch! Gonna hop back in game in a minute, and I'll let you know how things go when my medic inevitibly gets snagged a pack of these guys :P

Love the mod, I found a bug sadly. One of my guys was stunned and was ready to be probed, but thankfully one of my guys was on overwatch and killed the abducter. But the problem arose as even though I killed the abducter during overwatch, my soldier was still abducted afterwards:(

abducted by another abductor or still vanished?
Just had an Abductor use Abduct on a soldier, run forward to grab him, die to overwatch fire while running, then still succeed in Abducting my soldier, both him and his dead corpse vanishing afterwards.

Abductor made a psi zombie, I killed abductor psi zombie still alive and killed my guy I assume this is not intended
Just read it is intentional, it doesn’t make a lot of sense though

It is intentional and makes perfect sense. The Sectoid Abductor reanimates them as a psi zombie but is not tethered to what it reanimates.
Interesting bug in Christopher Odd's series: one guy was abducted in the first part of the final mission, but came back in the last room

not a bug. Just how the multi part missions work. Anyone brought into the mission from the start, if removed in any way except by death, the mission code will pull back in. Where as like with the Rift Beacon, if he had used it in any other room but the last... the mission code would not see that soldiers as a mission starting soldier and once moved on to the next room, that soldier would be removed and not come back.
After being abducted my Reaper wasn't reported captured. After 3 in-game months there hasn't been any rescue mission for him. I think he may well have been basically deleted.
