I found out what the problem was, I have been having broken animations and invisible female's for a while now, but I finally found out what the conflicting mob is. If you have any Black Mesa content installed or CPTbase, that's what's been causing problems, I don't know
exactly why it's causing problems but if your looking for an answer, then now you have it.
