Post apocalyptic and nuclear fallout vibes.
There's plenty of good going on here. Got all the sci-fi looking tech and even some steam punk vibes in the style? Looks like a environmental suit for harsh climates which reminds me of corpus suits or grineer Hyekka and Drask Masters.

I would even go as far as to make it junky and worn looking. As if the warframe had to attempt self repairs with enemy tech.
