This mod seems to be overwriting my UI for some reason. I'll explain it better. When i have this mod active the main menu changes to the Rise & Fall version and none of my UI mods work in game.

I've been having the same UI and title/menu screen issue as Tabris. It doesn't always appear, but often appears in conjunction with other mods - The radial measuring tool unleashed mod was one, and most recently, Sukritact's new Narai leader for Siam seems to trigger the bug. Having the other mods disabled, or the suite of Normandy mods disabled, seems to stop the UI from reverting to R&F

Normandy does not change the UI - especially the main menu, I don't think there's any mod for the game that does that. The main menu change is a weird issue I've experienced before even with no mods enabled in the past. The game itself doesn't seem to like both expansions - just look at the Statue of Liberty, which has a tendency of switching between its GS and RF effects from game to game.

I can't say for certain, but I believe it's some kind of weird load order issue.
