How To Optimize?

How do you optimize this laggy turd? I played this on my gaming laptop and it was unplayable. Mad stuttering at 30fps.

Now that im usin my gaming pc it is much better but im still sometimes going beneath 60fps.

What settings help the framerate?

honestly, i just keep textures at 70-90 and reduce everything else to low. Also, ragdolls and corpses should be removed or kept at low numbers. I've noticed people talking about the lag being significantly better when lowering the corpse count.
