At the top, in the clock tower. Shooting the bells hanging above will teleport you to different parts of the map. Tele spawn points. 1) Inside Pap area. 2) On the catwalk behind large clockface. 3) Behind the stairs leading up to the catwalk, next to a radio. 4) Near Jug. 5) Near Quick Revive.

Things to note:
1) You can interact with the radio behind the stairs.
2) Near quick revive there is a pillar coming oout of the spike pit. Once we reached the top and did something this pillar disappeared.
3) The 4 small clocks in the pap area can be interacted with to change the time.

Other than that we couldn't figure out how to escape the clock tower.
