Suit Zoom/sights

When I press the suit zoom key (b) to use the sights on the guns, I just get a normal zoom and no sights. I also do not see the name of the shell I'm selecting when I right click. These features had been all working for me, but then just suddenly stopped working. Any help would be appreciated.
