Possible Save Issues?

I've had 2 saves where I had these spawned in become corrupted or something, when I spawn in usually only one of let's say 5 spawned artillery pieces are in the save, and all props and ragdolls disappear. I have not seen this issue in saves where I have not saved with these models spawned in.

Effects seem unbothered, but lights and other entities are.

its an issue and i dont know if the gredwitch guy is gonna fix it or not
