Machine Guns on tripods appear under the gun itself?

Been having this weird problem and on my game it makes it so the machine gun is physically underneath and hard to actually aim it properly. Is it going to be fixed or? ;^^ Sorry and thanks in advance!

Why is it that on the internet, when you say you have a problem, the most common responses you get are either things like; N00B, Same here, I don't have that problem, but only rarely do you get actual help on the first try? I came to this page hoping for a fix, but no, just other people who have that problem.
