My Enigma Guess.

it reminds me of this very cool-looking warframe concept art by BlazingCobalt. Too bad it didn't get added into the game because it has a kind of dark sci-fi theme attached to it. Plus, it fits well with my visualization of the sequel to Metal Gear Rising that sets in post-cyberpunk era Earth.
