Cosmetic Model Extensions
Would the items you see on the daypack be added on to the model if you have the item in your inventory or are the items static with the model?

My guess is they are static and remain on the backpack at all times, regardless of whether or not you have them in your inventory.

i agree, but if you have a skin for them, you should get them on the pack.
