Alarms not working

CSoundEmitterSystemBase::AddSoundOverride( 'tramlift_alarm', 'scripts/sounds/lua.txt', ... ), script file not list in manifest 'scripts/game_sounds_manifest.txt'

No sounds are playing even when wired up to a switch
