I really like this cosmetic and the googles so i wish i could know the price?

i like it it would be perfict if it cuold be in gmod cuz then i have a good desing for a character i want do but i dont have the right imge for him but with that cozmedic i do have a good desing

Judging by this looks like the upgrade for the spy mixed with the head-mounted Obs, doesn't make much of a difference on the character besides glasses, and the model isn't that big, it would most likely be a mercenary grade cosmetic. Pricing at around 15 - 20 cents.
It's a good cosmetic nonetheless tho.

No, not even a elite grade costs that much. $25 is the price of a mid-low tier unusual.
