how do you load techs up from the workshop

Subscribe. Then it´s added in the game. Click on download then on Stem. Click on the vehicle and it´s going to spawn.

If you push the suscribe button it will add it to the game, then when you load the game itself you'll find it in the Load Techs window. To open that, go to the bottom left hand corner. It should in the third panel once you open the window
