Racial traits.

Is it possible to get racial traits (like dryad, elf, dwarf, etc.) for a ruler made in with designer?

No you can't as they have customizer = no.
But the traits are assigned automatically based on the ethnicity (dryadgfx => dryad_race, etc.) at startup (via maintenance event racial.1).
If that's not the case it may be a bug ?
