I tried to recruit some Lords i was very friendly with for my own Kingdom, i had like 40 relationship with one, said the chances he would join me (saw this with the cheat mode) would be 13%, so i guess the relationship points you need are higher to get more chances for Lords to join you.

hm maybe. i tried doing this with multiple lords i had 80+ relations with and again liked everything about my kingdom but still said no, even landless reach lords with like 20 lords in their faction and 3 plots of land to split amongst them at that point. by the time i had like 200+ honor every lord minus the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ were in love with me but still nothing, the dialogue itself was buggy also from what i remember. what version are you going by DrAkO?

Oh ♥♥♥♥, didn't played the mod for a few weeks but i'd say i'm using the last update on the workshop.

Have you tried to see the percentage of success of the demand, via the cheat mod, maybe at 80+ relations it's higher, if not then ♥♥♥♥, i guess i'll conquer Westeros alone ;_;

okay well if your going by the current version or even the previous one its still more updated then 5.0 so maybe the problem has been fixed. i just recently started a 6.2 game so when i get to kingdom founding time ill use the cheat mod to see what the percentage is, thanks for the info

Really ? How ? What relationship you had with them ? Which lords ? Does their realm still existed at the time you recruited them ?

i feel like he might be talking about a lord that showed up at his court, as those are guaranteed to work as they have come to you rather then vice versa. im more talking about persuading a lord in private to join

it was a lord i was at war with, for some reason approximately a third of the lords in the game started at 70 relations for me, he was one of them. I just had to make sure to say the right thing. When you make the choices originally, they give their impression, and you can save the conversation till later. During that you can change your answer to accomodate what you believe the lord will prefer. He was part of the vale, no fiefs. Currently, the vale is taking over the whole world, and for some reason most of the factions are at war with eachother(i think its the defensive pacts). Honestly most of the vale lords have like 150-450 troops. its a real struggle fighting them off. unfortunately the dude i converted only has about 100 troopcount. He's Denyo Antarion.
Edit: second lord recruited, unofortunately you have to stick to the same story, depending on the mod you can just tell them what they want to hear, not here i suppose. Anyway, I only have 7 relations with him, getting 3 out of 4 ticks seems to be the desired amount. Also, about the relations, i forgot that i spent the first half year of the game as a trooper, so relations just went up naturally.

You know that you can make your own companions lords right?
they will get 200+ troops if you give them a fief and they will act the same way other lords do. Once you have a decent amount of troops the normal lords will stop saying that you cant protect them, thus lowering the chance that they decline
