Readable books?
Are there books that you can read to give bonus stats? All of the Traveler's respond "I don't know where any books are" when you ask them.

There's a quest line that takes you to a "bookstore", but it's to get one specific quest book- there is nothing else for sale.

So are there simply not books implemented into this mod right now? What am I missing?

There are books. You can find couple of them in the Oldtown. When you go to Citadel, choose to go to the Archives or Library, however is it called. In that room, there is a secret chest containing 3 books. You can aslo find the book sellers in the Taverns, i think they are called Septons or something like that.

Escort nobles mission from villages can also give you a book as an "extra reward" for getting them safely to a town.

I found 3 ways to get books:
- Taverns, there are 2 book merchants in the game you can find them easy when talking to a traveller
- When you talk to a village elder there is a chance you get the escort nobleman quest which when completed will give you a random book
- In the citadel in Old Town is a chest where you can buy 3 books.
