knowen bug?

i defeated a general i was at war with, i currently own no fiefs, i let him go, gathered a few of his prisoners, when i exited that window the game spammed me coins and i heard the gained a level sound effect, but the only thing i could do was press "l" and it just had a log of me recieving coin amounts anywhere from 193-356

also i started the game again, it seemed to have saved after i defeated the general, and by the looks of it he was their marshal, but for someone reason the 5 generals with him didn't assist him in battle, and now they just ran away from me
